- In a separate bowl, combine natural sweeteners, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Baking
- Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
Storage
- Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a snack or breakfast.
Notes
You can serve granola on yogurt, in smoothies, or with milk. For longer storage, consider keeping it in the fridge.
