  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 ounces penne pasta Cook until al dente.
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Feel free to use low-fat version for lighter option.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping, optional.
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli Can substitute with other veggies.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning as desired.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions and drain.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, steamed broccoli, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add the cooked pasta and mix until well combined.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  3. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with a green salad or garlic bread. Add extra Parmesan on top for more flavor. To store leftovers, let cool, cover it, and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
