- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, divide the graham cracker crumbs among serving jars to create a crust layer at the bottom.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the jars over the crust layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and set.
- Before serving, top with fresh berries or fruit.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep them chilled until you are ready to serve.
