  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini) Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce Can use store-bought for convenience.
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Granulated or cubed for texture.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Fresh or frozen can be used.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For a melty topping.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkled on top for flavor.
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, broccoli, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot for the best taste. Pair with a salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored for 3-4 days in the fridge.
