Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and a mason jar with a lid. Pour one cup of quick cut oats into the jar, followed by a scoop of vanilla protein powder and a tablespoon of chia seeds.
  2. Sprinkle in half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, then add two tablespoons of maple syrup and a teaspoon of vanilla. Finally, top it off with a cup of almond milk.
  3. Stir everything together to ensure all dry oats are well saturated.
Refrigeration
  1. Cover the jar with its lid or plastic wrap/foil. Place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Allow the oats to absorb the milk and flavors.
Serving
  1. The next morning, give the jar a gentle shake and top it off with whipped cream before enjoying.
  2. Serve straight from the jar or add favorite toppings like fresh fruits or nuts.

Notes

Store leftover overnight oats in the fridge and consume within three days. If they thicken, stir in a bit of almond milk before eating.
