  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional) Adds richness, but can be omitted.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, milk, flour, and salt until smooth. If using, add the melted butter and mix well.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet, swirling to evenly coat the bottom.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then carefully flip and cook for another 1 minute until golden.
  4. Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining batter.
Serving
  1. Fill with your favorite fruits or yogurt, roll them up, and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to whisk the egg whites until they are frothy for a lighter texture. Use a non-stick skillet to prevent the crepes from sticking. You can create a fun filling bar with various fruits and toppings.
