  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust to taste for spice level
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 green onions, sliced For garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cauliflower rice or regular rice for serving

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the sauce mixture to the chicken and stir to combine.
  4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve over rice or cauliflower rice, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

To store, let it cool completely, then place in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. For variations, you can use ground turkey or beef, and add vegetables like zucchini or broccoli.
