Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet and remove the top parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Add your favorite toppings and bake again until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
