Pizza Crust Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Use fresh mozzarella for best melting quality.
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour Can substitute with coconut flour.
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder Optional for added flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out to your desired thickness.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet and remove the top parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Add your favorite toppings and bake again until the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

Fathead Pizza Crust pairs well with a side salad or some dipping sauces for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, and reheat before serving.
