Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Make sure it's shredded, not fresh.
  • 0.5 cup almond flour Or coconut flour.
  • 0.25 cup cream cheese Use dairy-free alternative for dairy-free version.
  • 1 egg egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder Optional.
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until completely melted and blended.
  3. Stir in the egg and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to your desired thickness.
  6. Remove the top parchment paper and transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
  3. Bake again for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

Store leftover crust by letting it cool completely, then wrap tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven when ready to enjoy.
