Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. It can also be frozen for up to 2-3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
