- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

- Remove the chicken and set aside.

- Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, then stir in the capers.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
