  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth Ensure gluten-free if needed
  • 1 piece Juice of 1 lemon Fresh juice recommended
  • 2 tablespoons capers Can be replaced with olives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, then stir in the capers.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to avoid drying out the chicken.
