  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped You can use fresh or thawed frozen broccoli.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Substitute with mozzarella or pepper jack for variation.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes and then serve.

Notes

Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or green onions. Serve with a green salad or steamed vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze before baking.
