Ingredients
  

Meatball Mixture
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Spray
  • Olive oil spray

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
Cooking
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  3. Place meatballs in the basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve these meatballs hot, on their own, or with marinara sauce.

Notes

Store leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave until heated through. Use lean ground beef or mix in other meats for variety.
