Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
Cooking
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place meatballs in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.
Serving
- Serve these meatballs hot, on their own, or with marinara sauce.
Notes
Store leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave until heated through. Use lean ground beef or mix in other meats for variety.
