Ingredients
  

For the Pizza
  • 2 pieces 8 inch tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 6-8 slices pepperoni or toppings of choice Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Mix up the parmesan and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Brush or spray the tortillas with olive oil. Then sprinkle the pizza seasoning on top, saving half for later.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on each tortilla. Top with pepperoni and cheese. Sprinkle the reserved pizza seasoning on each pizza.
Cooking
  1. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Carefully place one tortilla pizza into the air fryer and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
  2. Once done, remove the air fryer basket and let the pizza sit for 2-3 minutes in the basket to become crispier.
  3. Use a spatula to carefully remove the pizza from the basket and cook the second pizza.
Serving
  1. Cut the pizza into triangles and enjoy hot, straight from the air fryer.
  2. Add extra toppings like fresh herbs, chili flakes, or a drizzle of hot sauce for added flavor.

Notes

For a healthier twist, try different types of tortillas or switch up the toppings based on what you have at home. Keep an eye on the pizza while it cooks to avoid burning.
