- Stir in the shredded chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, and half of the cheddar cheese until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and paprika on top.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Use fresh herbs like parsley for added flavor. You can add more veggies like zucchini or bell peppers for extra nutrition. For a vegetarian version, leave out the chicken and add tofu or tempeh.
