- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, bacon, heavy cream, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese is golden.
Notes
To store leftovers, place the casserole in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep for about 3 to 4 days. When you're ready to reheat, simply pop it back in the oven or microwave until warmed through. For extra creaminess, consider adding cream cheese.
