Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the turkey mixture. Toss to coat.
  6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the pasta cool completely. Place it in an airtight container and refrigerate. It can be kept for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave until heated through. For extra flavor, add herbs like basil or oregano while cooking. If you want a bit of spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also customize this recipe by adding other vegetables such as bell peppers, zucchini, or mushrooms to the sauce.
