- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve hot, paired well with pasta, rice, or fresh vegetables. For leftovers, store in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in a skillet on low heat; add a splash of cream if sauce thickens.
