  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast (cubed into 1-inch pieces) Use boneless chicken breasts for best results.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened) Make sure it is softened for easier mixing.
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with half-and-half.
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled) Crispy bacon enhances the flavor.
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Optionally, sear the chicken in a skillet for 2 minutes to lock in the juices.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken in the baking dish and pour the cream sauce over it, tossing to coat evenly.
  2. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked (165°F) and cheese is bubbly.
  4. Garnish with crispy bacon crumbles and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
