Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Optionally, sear the chicken in a skillet for 2 minutes to lock in the juices.
- In a bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Cooking
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and pour the cream sauce over it, tossing to coat evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked (165°F) and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with crispy bacon crumbles and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
