Waffle Batter
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation
  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. In a blender, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

Cooking
  1. Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  2. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron, close the lid, and cook until golden brown and fluffy.

Notes

Make sure to blend the cottage cheese well to ensure the waffles are smooth and fluffy. You can add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor. Use whole wheat flour for a healthier option.
