- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, cooked vegetables, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in the cooked pasta until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy your hearty dinner!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
