- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking, or prepare a microwave-safe bowl.
- Spread the cottage cheese evenly across the bottom of the bowl to form the ‘crust’ base.
- Spoon the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Distribute the pepperoni slices and any other desired toppings over the cheese.
- Season the top with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Cooking
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- If using a microwave, heat on high for 60 to 90 seconds, watching carefully until the cheese melts.
- Let it cool for one minute before eating directly from the bowl.
