- Gently fold in the blueberries, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a cloud shape.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Let it cool before slicing, and enjoy as a breakfast or snack!
Notes
Serve plain or add honey/maple syrup for extra sweetness. Pairs well with tea/coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze slices wrapped well.
