  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese Use smooth cottage cheese or blend with yogurt for creaminess
  • 1 medium Sliced banana Fresh bananas recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Drizzle to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds Optional for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toast the wholegrain bread to your preference.
  2. Spread a generous layer of cottage cheese on the toast.
  3. Top with sliced banana.
  4. Drizzle honey over the banana.
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds on top before serving.
