For the Chicken Crust
  • 1 lb ground chicken Use lean ground chicken for the best results.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Cheese can be adjusted based on preference.
  • 1/2 cup almond flour Ensure it's finely ground for better texture.
  • 1 large egg Acts as a binding agent.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Can substitute with other herbs.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Add according to personal preference.
Toppings
  • to taste Toppings of choice (e.g., more cheese, vegetables, pepperoni, etc.) Customize according to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a thin crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
Baking
  1. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  2. Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired toppings.
  3. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy your Chicken Crust Pizza!

Notes

For crispy crust, spread the chicken mixture evenly and ensure it's well-baked before adding toppings.
