  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Ensure the chicken is fully cooked.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese You can use other types of cheese for variation.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust based on personal preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Feel free to substitute different herbs.

Toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a pizza crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and add pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.
  3. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serving
  1. Slice and enjoy your healthy, low-carb pizza hot from the oven.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the pizza cool completely, then store it in an airtight container in the fridge. It will stay fresh for 3-4 days. You can also freeze individual slices for up to a month. Just reheat in the oven for the best taste.
