  • 1 cup broccoli, finely chopped Make sure the broccoli is finely chopped for better texture.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional) Optional ingredient for added richness.
  • 1 large egg

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheese, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into small nugget shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray the nuggets with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These nuggets can be served warm with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or honey mustard. To store leftovers, place the cooled nuggets in an airtight container. They can last in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze in a freezer-safe container for about three months.
