  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs (like parsley or thyme) Fresh or dried

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut potatoes into cubes and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir to coat.
  4. Place chicken breasts on top of the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with herbs.
Cooking
  1. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil, add cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy your hearty meal!

Notes

For crispy potatoes, parboil them for a few minutes before seasoning and baking. Experiment with different cheeses and add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition and flavor.
