  • 2 large eggs Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • 2 oz cream cheese Softened for easier mixing.
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder For added fluffiness.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Black pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two bowls.
  3. In the bowl with the yolks, add the cream cheese, baking powder, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
  4. In the other bowl, beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming cloud shapes.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, make sure the egg whites are beaten to stiff peaks and be gentle when folding to maintain fluffiness. You can customize with spices or herbs to enhance the flavor.
