- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breasts and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss to combine everything.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
This dish is best served hot, fresh from the skillet. Serve with a green salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
