- In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas lightly with a fork.
- Add the buffalo sauce, mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay the tortilla wraps or lettuce leaves flat.
- Spoon the chickpea mixture onto the wraps.
- Top with chopped celery, green onions, and any additional veggies you like.
- Roll the wrap tightly, slice in half, and enjoy.
Notes
Serve fresh for best flavor, but wraps can be chilled as leftovers. Best eaten when assembled to keep ingredients crisp. Adjust spice levels by adding more buffalo sauce as desired.
