Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and milk, and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in shredded cheese and diced ham or sausage.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into biscuits using a round cutter.
Baking
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
