  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) For added sweetness
  • Cooking spray or butter for the pan

Method

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Spread cream cheese over one tortilla, then sprinkle blueberries on top. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Place the second tortilla on top, pressing down gently.
  4. Cook in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally with yogurt or fresh fruit. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free tortillas. You can add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
