Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey for a leaner option.
  • 2 tbsp Big Mac seasoning Can use a mix of onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • 4 large wrap tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or American.
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
Special Sauce Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, adding the Big Mac seasoning halfway through. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, sugar, onion powder, and garlic powder to create the special sauce.
Assembly
  1. To assemble the wraps, place cooked beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and a drizzle of special sauce on each tortilla.
  2. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

Serve warm with extra special sauce on the side. Can be enjoyed with fries or a salad. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
