  • 1 unit Flatbread Any type of flatbread like pita, naan, or tortillas.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded.
  • 2 cups Grilled chicken Cooked and sliced. Can use store-bought.
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup Red onions Sliced.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro Chopped.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to flatbread package instructions.
  2. Layer the flatbread with mozzarella cheese evenly.
  3. Add grilled chicken pieces on top of the cheese.
  4. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the chicken.
  5. Scatter sliced red onions and chopped fresh cilantro on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeƱos or a spicy BBQ sauce. Mix in other toppings like bell peppers, mushrooms, or even pineapple. For a creamier base, spread a thin layer of cream cheese before adding the cheese. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
