  • 1 piece flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover chicken for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese.
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  3. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Top with shredded cheese and red onion.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For extra texture and taste, feel free to add toppings like bell peppers, jalapeños, or avocado. Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
