Make the Sauce
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the sauce. Adjust the heat to your preference.
Cook the Chicken
- Cook the diced chicken in a pan over medium heat until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables
- In the same pan, stir-fry the mixed vegetables until tender-crisp.
Assemble the Bowls
- In serving bowls, layer rice, chicken, and mixed vegetables. Drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions.
Notes
Serve the Bang Bang Chicken Bowl warm. Top with extra sauce on the side for those who like it spicier. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave, adding a splash of water if necessary.
