  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or your choice) Choose a tender cut for the best flavor and texture.
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter Melt in a small saucepan before tossing with cooked steak bites.
  • to taste Salt Adjust according to preference.
  • to taste Pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • optional garlic powder Can be added for extra flavor.
  • optional onion powder Can be added for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Cooking
  1. Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the garlic butter.
  4. Once the steak bites are cooked, toss them in the garlic butter before serving.

Notes

Can be served as an appetizer or main dish. Pair with dipping sauces like ranch, barbecue, or spicy sriracha. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
