Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 4 tortillas Tortillas Use small to medium-sized tortillas.
For the filling
  • 4 large Eggs Fresh eggs are recommended.
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream Use full-fat for creaminess.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded Could also use other types of cheese.
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped Cooked until crispy.
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing Add more or less based on preference.
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped For garnish; add more if desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press tortillas into an air fryer-safe dish to form a crust.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, ranch dressing, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  5. Pour the mixture into the tortilla crust.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until the egg is set and the crust is golden brown.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish with extra green onions or serve with a side salad. This dish is great for appetizers or brunches. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
