Ingredients
  

Nacho Base
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips Choose sturdy chips to hold toppings
  • 1 can Black beans Canned, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Jalapeños Sliced, adjust quantity to taste
Toppings
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your choice
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream For topping
  • 1/2 cup Guacamole For topping
  • 1/2 cup Salsa For topping
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Optional, for drizzling
  • 1-2 teaspoons Seasoning Optional, like taco seasoning or chili powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine tortilla chips, black beans, and jalapeños.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently if desired.
Cooking
  1. Layer the mixture into the air fryer basket.
  2. Top with shredded cheese.
  3. Cook in the air fryer for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Carefully remove from the air fryer and top with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best served hot and fresh. Extra toppings can be served on the side. Leftovers can last up to 2 days but may lose crunch.
