Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup Can drizzle extra on top for serving.
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, egg, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Cooking
  1. Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can customize your meatloaf by adding diced bell peppers, grated carrots, or herbs like basil and oregano. It's also safe to prepare the meatloaf mixture ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to cook.
