Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the little potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and any optional herbs.
Cooking
  1. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness. Cut larger potatoes in half for even cooking and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
