  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes Juicy and vibrant, providing freshness.
  • 1 cup sliced onions Adding a zesty crunch.
  • condiments (ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise) Elevates the burger experience.

Method

Preparation
  1. Mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
  3. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to help it cook evenly.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  3. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. If you’re adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to let it melt.
Serving
  1. Remove the patties and let them rest for a few minutes.
  2. Toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty inside the bun and adding your choice of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and condiments.

Notes

For even more flavor, try adding Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture. Keep the patties slightly thicker to prevent them from drying out during cooking. Experiment with different spices or toppings to create a unique flavor profile for your burgers. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
