Ingredients

  • 2 large Potatoes Alternatively, use sweet potatoes.
  • 2 large Sweet Potatoes Optional, can also mix with regular potatoes.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil for a different flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Adjust according to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the potatoes or sweet potatoes thinly.
  2. Toss the slices in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  3. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These chips can be paired with dips like salsa, guacamole, or ranch dressing. They are best eaten fresh but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for a day or two. To revive their crunch, reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes.
