Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Strips
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips Make sure the chicken strips are even in size for even cooking.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Customize with different seasonings to your taste.
  • 1/2 cup flour Regular or gluten-free flour can be used.
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray Lightly spray the coated chicken strips.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes.
