Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Cooking
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes.
