  • 2 pieces Chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, season the chicken thighs and breast fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden-brown crust.
  3. Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can serve Air Fryer Chicken with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. Drizzle some lemon juice on top for extra flavor, or pair it with your favorite sauce for dipping. Let leftovers cool completely before storing; it can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
