Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edges are crispy and golden.

Notes

For added flavor, try adding other spices like cumin or chili powder. Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket. Experiment with different toppings, like grated cheese or nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor. To store leftovers, let the cauliflower cool completely and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
